# flow2act · User import progress

Read durable per-person results and invitation errors.

Queued work survives API restarts. Live invitations are processed globally at most once every two seconds, with retry/backoff and global cooldown after provider limits. Sandbox simulates provisioning and acceptance without Cognito or email. completed means all provisioning requests completed, not inbox delivery or first login. Profile IDs are available immediately; identityId can remain null until a real invitation is accepted.

Use an administrator session in Live or an administrator/developer session in Sandbox. Integration access requires a service-account key with BOTH organization:write and users:invite. Keys can access/retry only imports owned by the same service account. Access is rechecked during background processing.

## GET /v1/organization/user-imports/{importId}

Authentication: restricted integration key (scope: users:invite) or flow2act sign-in access token
Required tenant header: X-Organization-Id.
Required user permissions: Administrator or Sandbox developer required. The API checks current membership, roles, key scopes and resource permissions on every request. Documentation visibility grants no access.
