# flow2act · Entscheidung erfassen

Genehmige oder lehne ein offenes Gate als berechtigte Person ab. Die Entscheidung folgt dem Genehmigungs- oder Ablehnungspfad des Gates. Bestehende Flows enden bei Ablehnung.

FLOW2ACT_ACCESS_TOKEN eines Nutzers mit zugeordneter Gate-Gruppe erforderlich. Nur der aktuelle offene Schritt ist bearbeitbar. outcome: approved|rejected für Freigaben; acknowledged für Kenntnisnahmen; optionaler comment mit maximal 2.000 Zeichen.

## POST /v1/gate-tasks/{taskId}/decisions

Authentication: FLOW2ACT_ACCESS_TOKEN from flow2act sign-in
Required tenant header: X-Organization-Id.
Required user permissions: Passende Freigabegruppe erforderlich. The API checks current membership, roles, key scopes and resource permissions on every request. Documentation visibility grants no access.
